First of all may we thank everyone that attended the EGM today in support of the association. As stated in the meeting, today saw no ‘wins or victories’ for the sport we love.

The result from todays EGM is that your committee going forward will comprise of:

Who will look to co-opting other members promptly in order to rebuild a working committee to move forward.

The committee can confirm that Newark Showground (Lady Eastwood Building) has provisionally been booked for the 4th December 2022 to host the EGM.

Registration will be from 9.00am with the meeting scheduled to start at 10.00am.

As the timeframe only provides a very small window of opportunity allowing us to comply with our rules with regards to announcing the venue etc, this booking is on the proviso that, following further discussions, the venue is suitable to accommodate our requirements in full for hosting an EGM.
