The committee can confirm that Newark Showground (Lady Eastwood Building) has provisionally been booked for the 4th December 2022 to host the EGM.
Registration will be from 9.00am with the meeting scheduled to start at 10.00am.
As the timeframe only provides a very small window of opportunity allowing us to comply with our rules with regards to announcing the venue etc, this booking is on the proviso that, following further discussions, the venue is suitable to accommodate our requirements in full for hosting an EGM.
We are aware that this venue is not central UK.
We shall aim to confirm the arrangement with Newark Showground on Monday and update further.
