The following is an announcement by the BFA Committee regarding recently concluded disciplinary proceedings.
We are now in a position to update the membership regarding the outcome of a DSC, appointed following breaches of BFA rules by 3 Committee Members, as outlined in rule 3.9.
The DSC consisted of 5 vastly experienced and independent BFA members who were separate to the DSC for the two Official complaints. All DSC members were appointed in line with the criteria specified within rule 3.6 and contained no current Committee members.
The DSC had a vast amount of documents and correspondence to review and have done this in a lot of detail.
The DSC also ruled on another BFA member who was appointed IO for the investigation.
Outlined below are the DSC findings minus the names of any individuals.
