As announced previously, this year we are exploring options for the voting for new committee members as well as the proposal vote. The ERS service costs have increased year on year, which is why we are reviewing now. We want to create a process which is still accessible for everyone to have their say, whilst streamlining the process and reducing the costs.
A Google form will be used for the committee voting process and this will be open for a week and the link will be posted on BFA Members. We do encourage team captains to share the link with their team members though to ensure that this reaches all active members.
The form will include details about all the nominees including a photo and following that you will have the option to vote for a maximum of three members. An email receipt will be sent after submission summarising your votes, you will only be able to vote once.
All adult members that had renewed on or before the 5th February will be eligible to cast their vote.
The voting form will open for one week from 6th March at 8am and will close on the 13th March at 8pm.
